Your Strong Core and Floor Workshop

Your Strong Core and Floor Workshop

I’m super excited to let everyone know I am holding my last workshop this side of the summer break on Monday 20th June and it’s called Your Strong Core & Floor.

Enter your info below to add yourself to the interest list!

It’s a 1 hour Zoom date with me with lots of practice on my big foundations of strength for stopping leaking and getting back to loving the way you move.

My most successful clients experience the best results when they get feedback and understand what they’re feeling. This is exactly why I am running the workshop this way, I want you to FEEL the movements in your body.

I want you to understand the strategy and how that will be different to what you’ve felt before.

Wear your workout clothes, bring a yoga block or a thick book, a chair/bench, a resistance band/yoga strap towel or sweatshirt and have a wall handy.

Not only will I teach you the HOW I will explain the WHY.

I don’t know about you but I exercise because it makes me feel stronger for my life, helps me keep enjoying all the activities I love and helps me manage my mental health alongside perimenopause symptoms.

When my body feels like crap…I feel like crap and just because I’m over 40, have two kids and I’m knocking on the door of menopause, it doesn’t mean I am destined to feel rubbish in my body!

And neither are you!

It takes time, patience and consistent practice but I assure you, you can do it, I am here to be your guide.

All fitness levels are welcome, if you are more advanced and have a set of dumbbells at home, have them with you and bring your beginners mindset. Sometimes we must take a step back in order to move forward.

The focus of the moves we’ll be doing is all on how you use your body to have a more effective pelvic floor and core connection. This workshop is more about connecting to your form in order to target the right muscles!

Simply go to the form above to add yourself to the interest list.

Let me know if you have questions!
