If you’re ready to work on you in the right way
with a science backed,

highly effective
movement + mindset programme
built specifically for women like you, then welcome to
>> You leak when you cough, sneeze, jump or change direction suddenly.
>> You are constantly aware of where the toilet is and don’t want to be too far away from it … “just in case”
>> You wear a pad to protect your clothing - maybe a light one when you’re moving around normally and maybe a thicker one when you’re exercising.
>> You have to prepare for having sex by checking you’re “clean” or taking your pad out of your pants making it a bit of “buzz kill”.
>> You can’t exercise the way you want to because you’re afraid of embarrassing yourself or making things worse and as a result you feel less healthy and fit than you want - maybe you’re putting on weight and you want to do something about it.
>> You’ve been to your Doctor and they’ve just told you to go away and do more kegels (pelvic floor exercises) - which is very common and has been criticised by the government’s health and social care report in 2021 to improve the health and wellbeing of women and described as being due to the system being set up “for men, by men”
>> You have no idea if the kegels you’re doing are actually correct - often because we sadly lack the language and knowledge of our own anatomy and what it does and we struggle to communicate or understand as a result
>> You have been squeezing and squeezing with no lasting result
>> Your leaking or constant need for the toilet results in anxiety or depression causing a heavy cloud over you all the time (which has been shown to be 3 times more likely)
If you’re like the majority of women in the UK (over 60%) who experience leaking, frequent urge to pee or prolapse symptoms, as uncovered in the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists report from Feb 2023 - you may also be one of the nearly 70% of those women who have never spoken to anyone within the NHS and one of the 1 in 4 who don’t do or have no idea how to do their pelvic floor muscle exercises.
In the RCOG’s position statement on pelvic floor health released as a result of their survey they strongly recommend all women have access to the knowledge of pelvic floor muscle exercises and lifestyle changes that will help them get stronger and manage their symptoms.
That’s why I created the We Move Strong community:

this is it now! Maybe this is the best you’ll get?
you’ll be that woman who smells of wee and you’re only in your 40s?
you’ve no idea what the future holds because you don’t see much excitement there?
you can stop leaking
you can get excited about saying yes to anything you want
you can get your energy back
you can stop thinking about leaking, toilets and pads 24 hours a day
you can go back to the old you who exercised, moved and had fun any way she wanted!
Solving your leaking problems, no matter how long it’s been going on, how many children you’ve had and what else has gone on in your life doesn’t have to be looked at as a “broken body” that needs fixing.
You don’t need to just do more kegels.
You don’t need to be resigned to no impact exercise for the rest of your life.
Feeling confident in your body again is about:
>> working WITH your body and meeting you where you’re at right now
>> understanding exactly what’s going on for you & what it is about the way you breathe, align and move that’s exacerbating your issues
>> Giving you the tools to connect with your Pelvic Floor more effectively without overdoing the kegels and instead helping your PF to work with your whole body, as it should
>> building up solid foundations for movement whether you haven’t moved in years and are starting fresh or you’re a seasoned athlete
>> checking in with your mindset and learning to manage the way you think about your body to make it stronger and promote healing
>> Looking at your body as a whole, holistic and connected system working from your feet, your nutrition, your sleep, stress and mindset which all has an effect on how your body functions.
